The Headlands team is heading to the West Coast’s biggest rural day out this month to showcase the business, celebrate the agriculture sector, and share the latest in innovation and technology in farming.
AgFest West Coast is back for 2022 and will be the first rural field day since the last of the lockdowns. It takes place on 14 and 15 October at Greymouth Aerodrome.
Headlands business manager Jono Buchly says it is the first time the team has attended AgFest, which comes with the reputation for being a fantastic event.
“Together with our colleagues from Nutrinza and Afimilk, this is a great opportunity for us to chat to local farmers about the productivity and profitability of their businesses,” says Buchly.
“At the same time, we’re always looking for new consultants to join our team, working across New Zealand, helping farmers optimise their farming system to improve profitability, business resilience and sustainability,” he adds.
AgFest West Coast is the largest event of its type in the region, with around 400 exhibitors expected at Greymouth’s aerodrome on Friday and Saturday.
Headlands will be located at site 281.
