Kim Sullivan
Headlands Accredited Dairy Consultant
Born and bred in the hills of South Waikato, Kim grew up wrestling sheep and cows on the family farm. This paved the way for a career in veterinary science, where she spent several years focused on dairy cattle medicine before moving into whole farm consultancy where she could make more of a difference to the whole farm business.
Having a particular interest as a vet in reproduction, milk quality and farm systems, Kim brings the same focus to her consultancy. Kim has considerable experience with the challenges of large herd dairy farming and enjoys creating and implementing farm specific solutions.
With a lot of her leisure time spent in or around the water, Kim is interested in preserving the quality of waterways, whilst ensuring the profitability of the surrounding farms.
With core values of Integrity, relationships and fun, Kim is also known for her blunt and open honesty. She enjoys building close relationships with her clients and tailors her consultancy approach to each farm depending on individual aims and goals.
